AlphaLeads is a product of Alpha AI Services, a sole proprietorship operating from Western Massachusetts, USA. This policy covers alphaai-leads.com and the AlphaLeads data subscription.
This policy deals with two things that are easy to confuse, so we separate them throughout.
Your data is what we collect about you as a visitor to this website or as a subscriber. Sections 3 through 9 cover it.
Filing records are the public business registration records that make up the product itself. Section 10 covers those, including how a business owner can have a record suppressed.
We do not require an account to browse the site, and we do not ask for information we have no use for.
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites for our own purposes. We do use the following:
al_ft to your browser's local storage. It holds the page you landed on, the referring website, and any campaign parameters in the URL such as utm_source or utm_campaign. It contains no name, email address, or identifier we can tie to you personally, it is never updated after the first visit, and it exists so we can tell which marketing efforts actually work. You can erase it at any time by clearing site data for alphaai-leads.com in your browser.msclkid may be appended to the URL you arrive on. These are used to count conversions, meaning sample requests and subscriptions, so we can tell which ads produced them. Microsoft acts as an independent controller of the data collected through that tag under its own privacy statement. If we add another advertising platform, we will update this section.You can block or delete any of this through your browser settings. The site works without it, though our attribution reporting will be less accurate.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send you marketing email unrelated to AlphaLeads, and every marketing message we do send includes a working unsubscribe.
We share data with these providers strictly as needed to operate the service:
We share data with law enforcement only when required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law. We do not sell or rent subscriber information to anyone, and subscriber information is never added to the lead product.
Server logs are retained for 90 days. Sample requests and support email are retained for 24 months. Subscription and delivery records are retained for the life of your subscription plus 30 days. Payment and tax records are retained as long as tax law requires, typically seven years. You may request earlier deletion of anything not subject to a legal retention requirement.
Connections to this site use TLS. Subscriber data and credentials are held in an access-restricted Postgres database on a private network, not exposed to the public internet, with credential files restricted to the owner account. Access is limited to authorized Alpha AI Services personnel. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop sending marketing messages, by emailing support@alphaai-leads.com. We respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
The records that make up AlphaLeads come from business registration filings published by state agencies, and from public web sources for contact fields such as a company website or a published business email address. These are business records about business entities, published by the government as a matter of public record. They are not consumer reports, and AlphaLeads is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Our subscribers are contractually prohibited from using the data for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or tenancy decisions.
Some filings name individuals, such as an owner, officer, or registered agent, because the state requires that name to appear on the public filing. We include such a name only in its business capacity.
If your business appears in AlphaLeads and you do not want it delivered to subscribers, email support@alphaai-leads.com from an address associated with the business, or tell us enough to identify the record. We will suppress it from future deliveries within 30 days and keep it suppressed permanently.
Two honest limits. We cannot recall records already delivered to subscribers before your request. And we cannot remove the underlying filing from the state agency that published it, since that record belongs to the state, not to us.
AlphaLeads is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes are communicated by email to active subscribers.
