The HubSpot integration is available on AlphaLeads' Professional and Enterprise plans. Starter-tier accounts can upgrade to access it. There is no additional per-lead fee for syncing to HubSpot; you pay the standard AlphaLeads monthly subscription for your lead volume and state coverage.
HubSpot's side: the integration works with any HubSpot tier (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise), though you'll need at least Starter to use custom workflows and advanced list segmentation.
Yes. Leads will sync as contacts and companies. However, HubSpot Free limits you to 1 user and basic workflows. For full automation and team collaboration, we recommend Starter or higher.
No. You pay only your monthly AlphaLeads subscription. HubSpot may charge if you upgrade your plan to access higher tiers, but that's between you and HubSpot.
We queue syncs and retry for up to 24 hours. If HubSpot is still unreachable after that, we'll notify you via email. Most outages are resolved within hours, and we'll resync the backlog automatically.
Yes. During setup, you can map fields and choose which states and entity types to include. You can also update filters anytime in your integration settings without disrupting existing syncs.
