When a new business files in our coverage area, AlphaLeads creates a Salesforce lead record with company name, business type, filing date, state, and registered agent contact details. Your team sees the lead immediately in their queue—no waiting for batch uploads.

Enrich leads with business-formation signals

Each lead includes the filing type (incorporation, LLC, DBA, etc.) and state of formation, which tells your reps whether the prospect is likely to need your product category. We include the filing date so you can prioritize the hottest leads—businesses that filed in the last 48 hours.

Route leads to the right sales rep automatically

Set up lead assignment rules in Salesforce based on state, business type, or industry keywords from the filing. New leads route to the correct rep without manual triage, cutting time-to-first-contact from days to hours.

How to set it up

  1. Create a Salesforce API user for AlphaLeads. In Salesforce Setup, navigate to Users and create a new user with the "Salesforce API" profile or a custom profile with Create/Read/Update permissions on Lead objects. Note the username and generate a security token (Settings > Personal Setup > Reset My Security Token).
  2. Log in to your AlphaLeads account and open Integrations. Go to your AlphaLeads dashboard, find the Integrations section, and select Salesforce from the available partners.
  3. Enter your Salesforce credentials. Provide your Salesforce instance URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.salesforce.com), the API user's username, password, and security token. AlphaLeads will test the connection immediately.
  4. Map lead fields. Select which AlphaLeads data fields sync to which Salesforce lead fields. At minimum, map Company Name, Business Type, Filing Date, State, and Registered Agent. You can also map custom fields if you've created them in Salesforce.
  5. Configure lead assignment rules (optional). In Salesforce, create assignment rules based on State or Business Type to route AlphaLeads leads to the right rep. AlphaLeads will trigger these rules automatically when leads sync in.
  6. Enable the integration and monitor the first sync. Toggle the integration on in AlphaLeads. The first sync typically completes within 15 minutes. Check your Salesforce Leads tab to confirm records are arriving with correct data.

Pricing & availability

The Salesforce integration is included on AlphaLeads' Pro plan and above. Starter-tier customers can upgrade to Pro to unlock Salesforce sync. There's no additional per-lead fee for the integration—you pay one monthly rate for your state coverage and lead volume, and Salesforce sync is included.

FAQ

Does this work with Salesforce Free or Essentials editions?
The integration requires API access, which is available on Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions. Essentials and Free editions don't support third-party API integrations, so you'd need to upgrade to Professional at minimum.

What happens if AlphaLeads is down or a sync fails?
If the integration fails, we log the error and retry within 24 hours. You'll see a status indicator in your AlphaLeads dashboard. If a lead fails to sync, we'll notify you and you can manually push it to Salesforce or contact our support team.

Can I customize which fields sync to Salesforce?
Yes. During setup, you choose which AlphaLeads fields map to which Salesforce lead fields. You can also map to custom fields you've created in Salesforce. Changes to field mappings take effect on the next sync.

Is there a setup fee for the Salesforce integration?
No. Setup is included with your AlphaLeads subscription. Our support team can walk you through the credential exchange and field mapping at no extra cost.

Can I pause or filter which leads sync to Salesforce?
Yes. You can enable or disable the integration at any time from your AlphaLeads dashboard. You can also set up Salesforce assignment rules to route leads conditionally—for example, only sync leads from certain states or business types to specific users.
