What this integration does

Auto-populate contacts from new business filings

When a new business incorporates or files an LLC in one of our covered states, AlphaLeads extracts the registered agent, business owner, and company details and pushes them into Pipedrive as a new contact. You get the owner's name, company, state, filing date, and business type—all the context you need to personalize an outreach email.

Create deals automatically with filing metadata

Each new lead arrives as a deal in Pipedrive with the filing stage pre-set (e.g., "New Filing"). The deal includes the filing date, business entity type, and state, so your team knows exactly what they're selling to and can segment follow-up by business type or geography.

Route leads by state and business type

Use Pipedrive's automation rules to assign leads to specific team members based on state or entity type. If your team is split by region or vertical, you can set up rules so that all new Nevada C-corps go to one rep and California LLCs go to another.

Avoid duplicate outreach

The integration checks Pipedrive for existing contacts by company name and registered agent email before creating a new one. If a contact already exists, AlphaLeads updates the deal record instead, so you don't accidentally email the same founder twice.

Track lead age and filing velocity

Each deal includes the filing date, so you can see how fresh a lead is. Pipedrive's reporting tools let you measure response rates by lead age—critical for figuring out your optimal follow-up window.

How to set it up

  1. Log in to AlphaLeads and navigate to Integrations. From your account dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations. You'll see Pipedrive listed as an available partner.
  2. Click "Connect to Pipedrive" and authorize the app. You'll be redirected to Pipedrive's OAuth consent screen. Log in with your Pipedrive account and approve AlphaLeads' access to create contacts and deals.
  3. Select your lead source and filing states. Back in AlphaLeads, choose which states you want to pull leads from (we cover AZ, CA, CO, DE, FL, IL, NV, NY, TX, UT, WA). You can select all or a subset. Choose your lead source name—this will appear in Pipedrive's "Source" field so you can track ROI.
  4. Map custom fields (optional). If you use custom fields in Pipedrive (e.g., "Business Vertical" or "Funding Stage"), you can map AlphaLeads' filing data to those fields. Standard fields like company name, owner email, and filing date map automatically.
  5. Set your deal stage and pipeline. Choose which Pipedrive pipeline new deals should land in and what stage they should start in. Most teams use a "New Leads" or "Prospecting" pipeline and stage.
  6. Turn on the sync and monitor. Toggle the integration to "Active." Leads will begin syncing within 5–10 minutes. Check your Pipedrive inbox to confirm the first few deals arrive correctly, then adjust any field mappings if needed.

Does this work with Pipedrive's free plan?
No. Pipedrive's free tier does not allow third-party app integrations. You'll need at least Pipedrive's Essentials plan or higher to use AlphaLeads.

Is there a setup fee for the integration?
No. The integration is included with your AlphaLeads subscription at no extra cost. You only pay for the leads themselves.

What happens if AlphaLeads or Pipedrive is down?
If AlphaLeads is unavailable, new filings won't sync until we're back online. If Pipedrive is down, we'll queue the leads and retry delivery for up to 24 hours. You'll see a notification in your AlphaLeads dashboard if syncs fail.

Can I customize which fields sync from AlphaLeads to Pipedrive?
Yes. During setup, you can map AlphaLeads' data fields to your Pipedrive custom fields. You can also choose to exclude certain data types if you don't need them (though we recommend syncing all available data for best prospecting context).

Can I sync leads to multiple Pipedrive workspaces?
Not in a single integration. If you have multiple Pipedrive workspaces, you'll need to set up a separate AlphaLeads integration for each one. Contact our support team if you need help with multi-workspace setups.
